Cortech Hyper-Tec Jacket
The Hyper-Tec Jacket from Cortech uses a tough, abrasion resistant polyester chassis to shrug off whatever the road may bring. Impact zones are fortified with heavier 1000D dobby nylon. Zippered intakes at the chest and underarms help pass fresh air over the rider and out the back of the jacket through vertical exhaust vents. The included Reissa rain liner and separate thermal vest liner allow you to build the Hyper-Tec’s cool weather riding defenses and ride the jacket deep into the fall and spring. The features list continues with CE Level 2 impact armor at the shoulders and elbows. An assortment of pockets, both external and internal, keep your gear in check – including the rain insert which can pack into a rear stash pocket. Reflective accents at the chest, back and arms add low light conspicuity. Hard external shoulder sliders add a bit of “racer” to the long roster of touring- and commuter-friendly attributes.
